Position: System Architect Lead

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary System Architect Lead to drive the design and orchestration of enterprise-grade systems. This role is responsible for defining and implementing robust, accurate, secure, and comprehensive system architectures that align with business goals and technology strategies. You will lead architectural decisions, ensure system integrity, and collaborate across engineering, security, and business teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end system architecture design, including application, integration, and infrastructure layers
• Define and enforce architecture standards, principles, and best practices
• Design secure, scalable, and highly available systems across multiple platforms
• Orchestrate integration between internal and external systems (APIs, middleware, microservices)
• Ensure system design meets performance, reliability, and security requirements
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance across projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security) to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps
• Lead and mentor solution architects and senior engineers
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and data protection policies
• Support incident analysis and continuous improvement of system architecture

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in software engineering or system architecture
• Proven experience as a System Architect / Solution Architect / Technical Lead
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid knowledge of API design, integration patterns, and middleware
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of security architecture and best practices
• Experience in high-availability and high-throughput systems
• Willing to be placed in Pulomas, East Jakarta
