As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company&aposs financial accounting and reporting.This is full-time position based at our Subsidiary in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, and will involve overseeing various accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Providing support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborating with the finance team to analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting records and transactions
- Assisting in the implementation of internal controls and accounting policies
- Providing support in the audit process and responding to audit queries
- Mentoring and guiding junior accounting staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- Candidates must be domiciled in the Balikpapan area
- A bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar accounting manager role, preferably in listed company (Tbk)
- Experience in Accounting Firms is considered an advantage
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address financial discrepancies
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK), Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and other relevant tax regulations.
