Accounting Manager (Investment & FSI Company)

We are partnering with a growing investment and financial services firm in Indonesia, backed by a regional presence, to hire a high-caliber Accountant. This role sits at the core of financial operations, with direct exposure to leadership and involvement in strengthening financial governance, reporting, and process optimization.

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to step into a role that combines technical accounting excellence, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Manage full sets of accounts, including preparation of detailed accounting schedules
• Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK)
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
  
  

Cashflow, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and cashflow projections
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to management
  
  

Accounts & Reconciliation

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy across financial records
  
  

Tax & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of tax returns
• Liaise with tax agents and external auditors on corporate tax and audit matters
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards
  
  

Team Leadership & Quality Control

• Lead and coordinate team members to deliver high-quality financial reports and outputs
• Review and validate team deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency
  
  

Business Partnering & Strategic Support

• Deliver clear financial insights and presentations to management
• Support system implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to broader business priorities and strategic projects as required
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. With experience working in the Financial Services Industry
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial reporting standards and tax regulations
• Proficient in accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
