Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly financial reports and other statutory reports to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Oversee daily operational accounting activities, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and adherence to policies.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial operations policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Monitor and manage transactional processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning to align financial operations with overall business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage).
5+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and consolidation processes across multiple entities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting systems/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and manage teams effectively.
