Accounting Manager

About the Role

Adecco Indonesia is assisting our client, a growing real estate and property development company in Lombok, in hiring an experienced Accounting Manager.

This is a hands-on role for an independent accounting professional who will take ownership of the company's accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Manage bookkeeping, account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle corporate tax compliance, including monthly tax reporting and payments, local taxes, corporate income tax calculations, and annual tax returns.
• Prepare and submit LKPM reports and other required regulatory submissions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, payroll, and financial controls.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and accurately recorded.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Accounting & Finance team.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to management.
• Ensure all accounting and tax activities comply with applicable Indonesian regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Tax.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Proven ability to independently manage accounting and tax processes from start to finish.
• Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting regulations.
• Experience with LKPM preparation and submission is preferred.
• Experience supervising or guiding an Accounting & Finance team.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high level of responsibility.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
