About the Company
PT. Mitra Sarana Geomatika is the authorized distributor of Leica Geosystemsin Indonesia. We provide world-class, high-precision measurement and surveying solutions—including GPS/GNSS, total stations, 3D laser scanners, and airborne systems—for the geospatial, construction, and mining industries.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, meticulous, and dynamic Finance & Accounting (F&A) Manager to lead our team based in South Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance, accounting, and tax operations of the distribution business.
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) collections, evaluate credit limits for B2B/B2G clients, and manage aging invoices to minimize bad debt risks.
- Prepare timely financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT/PPN on distribution, PPh 21, 23, Corporate Income Tax) and timely tax filing.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government bodies as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. Prior experience in a distribution company is a strong advantage.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP/accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for professional communication and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time at our office in South Jakarta.
