Finance Accounting Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join a growing F&B retail company. This position will be responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or Retail.
• Experience in a managerial/supervisory position.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, AP/AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of taxation and Indonesian accounting regulations.
• Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Finance & Accounting activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor AP, AR, GL, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly and periodic financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties, including auditors and tax consultants.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
