About This Position

This position is a staff loan. As a Staff Loan employee, your employment status will be with our firm, but your work will be carried out on behalf of another organization.

This is a 6-month contract-based role that offers dynamic opportunities to gain experience across various industries, providing exposure to both consulting firms and corporate environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting with a minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Having 1-2 years of experience in Accounting & Tax.
• Previous experience working in a Public Accounting/Consulting firm is a plus.
• Having basic knowledge in PSAK & Indonesian Taxation.
• Experienced in handling journal entries, reconciliations, and financial closing.
• Having good English communication skills, both oral and written.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and post general ledger journal entries.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Support the audit process by providing the required documentation.
• Prepare tax calculations and coordinate with tax consultants if needed.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Assist the supervisor/manager with ad hoc financial reports and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
