Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Public Health, Design, etc.)
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly preferred.
Comfortable interacting with insurance agents and other stakeholders. Should be confident in face-to-face and virtual meetings.
Capable of preparing timely and structured reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating across teams with attention to detail.
Demonstrates strong administrative capabilities and is proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Has basic design skills and is familiar with tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Desygner, or Adobe Illustrator/InDesign to support simple visual content creation (e.g., flyers, brochures, social media posts).
Able to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Willing to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
