Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, writing proposals, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with internal teams, and providing regular updates and reports to clients.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
