Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Jakarta. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the technical team to provide clients with optimal solutions. The Account Manager will also monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve service offerings.
