Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our most valuable clients, commonly referred to as 'key accounts' or 'farmers.' Understanding the unique financial needs and goals of these clients, offering them tailored banking and financial solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their financial objectives and challenges.
- Develop customized financial solutions and strategies to address the specific needs of key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key account inquiries, issue resolution, and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of banking and financial services that meet key accounts&apos expectations.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products and services to key accounts.
- Monitor account performance, financial health, and compliance to detect potential issues and address them proactively.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to key account clients.
- Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
