Job Role:
The Account Manager FSI will play a pivotal role in driving Huaweis growth within Indonesias financial services sector. This role is responsible for delivering sales, revenue, collection, and market share targets by managing and expanding key relationships with major accounts, including BSI Bank and other leading financial institutions.
The successful candidate will combine strong consultative sales skills with a deep understanding of enterprise ICT solutions, enabling them to engage effectively with C-level and senior decision-makers. This role requires the ability to identify new opportunities, drive end-to-end project execution, and align Huaweis technology offerings with customers digital transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Relationship Management
- Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with financial services customers.
- Engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders to align Huawei solutions with business priorities.
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, collection, and market share targets.
- Proactively identify and develop new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Deliver customized solutions to support customers in increasing their competitiveness and market presence.
Project Operations
- Manage full-cycle project operations from opportunity identification to contract closure.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver successful projects, mitigating risks and ensuring timely execution.
Solution Selling
- Promote Huaweis enterprise ICT portfolio (e.g., switches, routers, optical fiber, storage, wireless, IdeaHub, and collaboration tools).
- Provide insights into enterprise ICT requirements, aligning solutions to customer business processes.
Strategic Engagement & Market Expansion
- Expand Huaweis footprint by leveraging relationships within FSI and adjacent industries (transportation, energy, manufacturing, mining, etc.).
- Support customers digital transformation journeys through innovative and scalable technology solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in account management and consultative sales within enterprise ICT, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior executives.
- Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Huaweis ICT solutions is a plus.
