Job Description

As an Account Manager focusing on the Financial Services Industry (FSI), you will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships with clients in the financial sector, including banks, insurance companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients within the FSI sector, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the financial industry to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions to meet client needs in the FSI domain.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (presales, technical, delivery, marketing) to provide value-added solution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology developments relevant to FSI (e.g., core banking, digital banking, payment systems, security & compliance).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at the executive and C-level within client organizations.
  • Provide regular reports on account activities, business opportunities, and sales pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Information Technology (preferred).
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience as an Account Manager or Sales professional in IT solutions, consulting, or related industries with exposure to FSI clients.
  • Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in the financial sector (banking, insurance, multifinance, fintech, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of financial industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OJK, Bank Indonesia) as well as digital banking and fintech solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and ability to develop effective account strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multifunctional teams.
