Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Greter Jabotabek . The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key Account, identifying retail needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes monitoring market trends,consumer insights, preparing sales reports, and handling trading term negotiations.

• Account Management and Client Relationship skills
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Analytical skills for Market Trends and Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Sales Reporting and CRM software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in account management or sales within the retail industry is a plus
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
