Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Staff member. The role includes handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, managing receptionist duties, and assisting with food & beverage services. Daily tasks involve coordinating bookings, greeting and assisting guests, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience with Reservations and Customer Service
• Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties
• Knowledge in Food & Beverage services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is beneficial
