Summary of Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Identify prospective clients and develop strategies to target them
- Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the hospitality industry
- Attend industry events to network and promote our services
Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen only
- Fluent in Mandarin, with certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry; especially in handling Chinese wedding, event and catering
- Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
- A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation
- Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
