 About the job Operational Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

  • Oversee day-to-day distribution operations in Gateway Bali, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Manage and lead the team, providing training and performance evaluations.
  • Optimize logistics and transportation methods to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all distribution activities.
  • Track distribution metrics and prepare reports, using data to improve efficiency and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in leading team
  • Independent management experience
  • Proficient in using computer work software
  • Willing to be placed in Bali
