As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations — from inbound, inventory management, storage, fulfillment, to outbound processes. You will lead operational teams, ensure service level achievement, maintain operational standards, and continuously drive improvements to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced operational environments, has strong leadership capability, and understands how to balance productivity, accuracy, and operational discipline.

What You'll Do

• Supervise end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, putaway, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound activities.
• Ensure operational processes run in accordance with SOP, SLA, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, manpower allocation, and operational performance to achieve targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock handling across warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, and Transportation) to support smooth operations.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze warehouse performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead, coach, and monitor warehouse associates to ensure operational discipline and team effectiveness.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes from inbound to outbound operations.
• Experience leading operational teams in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational planning skills.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Willing to be placed across Indonesia.
