Responsibilities
The E-Commerce Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations dedicated to online orders, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and timely delivery to customers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high service levels by coordinating with E-Commerce, Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics teams to support business growth in the retail apparel industry.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment and retail apparel or fashion industry is highly preferred.
