Job Role / Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods. This role is responsible for managing staff, and driving efficiency to support production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and manage inventory accuracy and stock levels.
  • Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation.
  • Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
  • Drive warehouse organization, cleanliness, and process efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet operational deadlines.
  • Analyze warehouse data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in managing daily and long range planning / scheduling and support commercial

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Electrical Engineering field.
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Familiarity and experience with electrical/electronic components, wire harness, etc. would be a plus.
  • Work planning mindset, and multitasking
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication with Batam Office, Singapore and Asia offices via e-mails and calls.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
