Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
Minimal 5 years experience in similar position, preferably in printing, packaging, or FMCG manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics.
Proficient in maintenance planning tools (CMMS is a plus).
Proficient in reading electrical wiring diagrams and using AutoCAD for technical drawings.
Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and communicative.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
Job Descriptions
Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for high-speed printing and packaging machines (printing, laminating, die-cutting, slitting, etc).
Develop and manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and performance tracking systems.
Analyze recurring issues and implement root-cause-based solutions.
Support machine installation and commissioning, ensuring proper setup of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
Manage spare parts availability and optimize inventory levels.
Monitor and improve OEE; implement and optimize CMMS for better planning and traceability.
Collaborate closely with production to improve equipment uptime and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs.
Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and structured performance management.
