The Vice President – Product Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end product marketing strategy across Indosat Business portfolio, including (Connectivity, Voice, Mobile, ICT, DC & Cloud, IoT, Data Analytics & Digital Solutions) for Large Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
This role ensures alignment between product innovation and market demand by developing differentiated value propositions, leading integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and accelerating revenue growth. The VP acts as a key bridge between Product, Sales, and Customers, ensuring that all offerings are positioned competitively, effectively commercialized, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role also drives portfolio optimization, customer-centric storytelling, and market expansion to strengthen Indosat's leadership in the enterprise digital ecosystem.
Job Description:
- Define and lead integrated marketing strategy across full B2B portfolio (Connectivity, Voice, Mobile, ICT, Cloud, DC, IoT, Digital Solutions) aligned with enterprise & mid-market needs
- Direct team to develop and continuously refine differentiated value propositions and messaging across industries; ensure consistency and competitiveness
- Govern and ensure execution of end-to-end GTM plans by respective product marketing teams; review and approve launch readiness
- Position products competitively through effective branding and communication
- Ensure team delivers comprehensive sales enablement materials and conducts regular training to improve sales effectiveness
- Oversee planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns; ensure teams meet pipeline and lead generation targets
- Own and monitor marketing contribution to revenue; ensure team meets KPIs related to pipeline, adoption, and growth
- Lead, coach, and develop product marketing leaders; ensure team capability meets business needs and future growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Telecommunications MBA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or B2B marketing.
- 8–10 years in leadership roles within telecom, ICT, or technology industries
- Strong exposure to enterprise solutions (Connectivity, Cloud, ICT, IoT, Data Center, Digital Solutions
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and industry verticals
- Proven experience in GTM execution and revenue growth
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
