Job Description

The Vice President – Product Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end product marketing strategy across Indosat Business portfolio, including (Connectivity, Voice, Mobile, ICT, DC & Cloud, IoT, Data Analytics & Digital Solutions) for Large Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.

This role ensures alignment between product innovation and market demand by developing differentiated value propositions, leading integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and accelerating revenue growth. The VP acts as a key bridge between Product, Sales, and Customers, ensuring that all offerings are positioned competitively, effectively commercialized, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role also drives portfolio optimization, customer-centric storytelling, and market expansion to strengthen Indosat's leadership in the enterprise digital ecosystem.

Job Description:

  1. Define and lead integrated marketing strategy across full B2B portfolio (Connectivity, Voice, Mobile, ICT, Cloud, DC, IoT, Digital Solutions) aligned with enterprise & mid-market needs
  2. Direct team to develop and continuously refine differentiated value propositions and messaging across industries; ensure consistency and competitiveness
  3. Govern and ensure execution of end-to-end GTM plans by respective product marketing teams; review and approve launch readiness
  4. Position products competitively through effective branding and communication
  5. Ensure team delivers comprehensive sales enablement materials and conducts regular training to improve sales effectiveness
  6. Oversee planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns; ensure teams meet pipeline and lead generation targets
  7. Own and monitor marketing contribution to revenue; ensure team meets KPIs related to pipeline, adoption, and growth
  8. Lead, coach, and develop product marketing leaders; ensure team capability meets business needs and future growth

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Telecommunications MBA or equivalent preferred
  2. Minimum 15+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or B2B marketing.
  3. 8–10 years in leadership roles within telecom, ICT, or technology industries
  4. Strong exposure to enterprise solutions (Connectivity, Cloud, ICT, IoT, Data Center, Digital Solutions
  5. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  6. Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and industry verticals
  7. Proven experience in GTM execution and revenue growth
  8. Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
  9. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
