institutions.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their business needs, and delivering solutions to enhance their business operations/efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Perfios International Business is looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to be a part of the International Sales team. The candidate brings with him/her strong experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the Technology and Banking services space.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Prospect Pipeline development: Indonesia is Perfios's identified growth market. The number one priority for this role is to identify and develop a pipeline of banking and financial services prospects for Perfios's GenAI solutions
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Identify and target new business opportunities within the existing/new accounts in Indonesia. Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client requirements, provide tailored technology solutions, and articulate the value proposition of products and services effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current with the latest Industry trend, ensuring a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and the ability to explain them to clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and work closely with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, support,product) to deliver optimal client solutions and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Work experience: 15-20 years
  • Has a strong track record of delivering new client wins and generating new business for SaaS or product tech solutions with banks.
  • Deep connections with top banks be it state-owned, privately owned or joint venture
  • Deep connection with several of the top 10 banks.
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing, keen, and excited to work in a startup
  • Strong problem-solving skills and relevant experience
  • Has bank CXO connections
  • Comfortable and at ease with CXO-level conversations
  • Well connected with system integrators
  • Desirable: has worked in banks before moving on to a product tech company
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions to banks.

Candidates residing in Indonesia will be preferred.
