Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is currently partnering with a leading global company in the payment technology and enterprise software industry. Our client, a well-established multinational with a strong presence across multiple regions, is seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales – Payments Software to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will play a critical leadership function in driving strategic sales growth, expanding key client relationships, and positioning enterprise-grade payment solutions within the banking and financial services ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall sales and business development strategies for enterprise payment solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and closure of high-value, complex enterprise agreements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and ensure achievement of financial targets and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead market expansion initiatives and support entry into new segments or geographies.
- Advise clients on service delivery models, including SLAs and long-term engagement structures.
- Drive account planning and ensure effective pipeline management across all key accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and account management leadership within payments, fintech, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Proven track record in enterprise/solution selling, particularly within high-growth environments.
- Strong experience in building new customer portfolios from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals with mid-sized to large organizations.
- Experience engaging with top-tier banks and fintech companies is highly preferred.
