We&aposre looking for a Videographer & Editor whos not just creative but fast, responsive, and ready to roll out videos that sell. Think of it as performance content meets production hustle: quick turnarounds, simple setups, and clear messages that drive results.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) that focus on product features, testimonials, and promos
- Prioritize quantity over polish - we want scroll-stopping, high-output content that sells
- Translate briefs into content with clear hooks, punchy edits, and fast pacing
- Stay organized: manage files, edit timelines, and version control across multiple platforms
- Be on set during live shoot days (both in-office and on-location, as needed)
What We&aposre Looking For:
- 12+ years of experience in video production or editing, especially for e-commerce or beauty brands
- Strong in mobile-first content creation: natural light setups, phone or mirrorless camera shooting, mic handling
- Proficient in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, VN, or DaVinci Resolve
- Eye for what works on TikTok and Instagramyou understand hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs
- Comfortable working with talents (KOLs or internal) and giving light direction during shoots
- Organized, fast-moving, and responsive to feedbackyou thrive in a high-output content pipeline
- Bonus: background in digital marketing, e-commerce campaigns, or direct-response content
