Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the IT/System Integrator industry.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, managing large accounts, and building long-term client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify new markets, opportunities, and trends.
  • Experience in building, leading, and mentoring a high-performance sales team.
  • Target-oriented, strategic thinker, and capable of working under pressure to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); Mandarin proficiency will be considered a strong advantage.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute the companys sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, enterprise clients, and technology partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to expand the companys footprint.
  • Oversee the development of proposals, contracts, and negotiations with key clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, finance) to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team.
  • Represent the company in key business meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Drive innovation in sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships to support business sustainability.
