This position will be based in one of our business units operating in the hospital sector, with a primary focus on strengthening medical and nursing governance at the corporate level while ensuring alignment across all hospitals under the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead medical & nursing divisions at the corporate hospital level.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen clinical governance and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with national & international hospital accreditation standards.
- Drive talent development for doctors, nurses, and clinical leaders.
- Act as the key liaison between corporate leadership and hospital medical teams.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) with an active license to practice; clinical specialization preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in healthcare, with at least 7 years in senior management roles.
- Proven track record of leading both medical and nursing functions at corporate or multi-hospital level.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety, and nursing management.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
