Conduct observations and analyze operational data in shrimp farming to support strategic decision-making related to vannamei shrimp cultivation activities.
Interact with farm teams and gather insights into daily processes on-site.
Actively participate in discussions and planning of shrimp farming operations.
Contribute to the development of work systems and improvements in farm efficiency.
Support the implementation of SOPs and ensure their application meets the established standards.
Analyze work processes on the farm, identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement using an analytical and critical thinking approach.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or maximum of 1 year of work experience.
Educational background in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Biology, Fishery Product Technology, or related fields.
Possess basic knowledge of vannamei shrimp farming, either through academic theory or internship/work practice.
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and high initiative.
Willing to work directly in the field with high mobility and temporary placement at shrimp farm areas.
Communicative, adaptive, and able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
