Lead, monitor, and manage the performance of the collection team under supervision, from planning to ensuring they achieve the set collection targets.
Evaluate and validate the daily activities of the collection staff, ensuring the implementation of daily work plans aligns with credit rules, financing laws, and company policies.
Direct and manage all payment process running well in accordance with applied SOP, Authority Matrix and regulation.
Work closely with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless reconciliations and dispute resolutions.
Build strong relationships with agent, brokers, cedents, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient collection payment processes.
Develop and present regular reports on receivables performance, collections status, and credit risk exposures to senior management.
Analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and inform strategic decision making.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or financial management, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry is highly desirable.
Expertise in treasury, credit control and accounts receivable management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
