UI/UX Designer Senior Manager

Key Accountabilities :

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockupsConduct user research, usability testing, and persona creation
• Collaborate with Product Managers and DevelopersTranslate product requirements into high-quality UI/UX designsEnsure designs align with regulatory (OJK, ISO) and accessibility standards

Professional Qualification :

• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience
• Design Thinking Certification, HCI specialization, UX Certification (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Google UX Design Certificate) is a plus
• Strong portfolio of design projects for mobile and web platforms, especially for financial or regulated industries
