We are looking for a results-driven and strategically-minded Digital Marketing Sr Manager to lead digital growth and customer engagement in the financial services sector. This role will play a key part in expanding our digital footprint, acquiring qualified leads, and strengthening our brand in a regulated, data-sensitive environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the banking, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Proven experience managing performance-driven campaigns with strong understanding of the customer funnel in finance.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and financial CRM tools (e.g., SAS 360).
- Understanding of data security, consent management, and compliance issues relevant to financial advertising (e.g., OJK, GDPR, PDPA).
- Extreme attention to detail, relentlessly high standards and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure a competitive edge in digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, affiliates) to drive customer acquisition.
- Lead paid performance campaigns (SEM, social ads, programmatic) focused on lead generation, acquisition, and retention.
- Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and minimize CPA/CPL, continuously reallocating spend toward high-performing channels
- Manage always-on and seasonal digital campaigns to support product launches, financial literacy programs, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with credit risk, and legal to ensure digital campaigns adhere to regulatory standards and data privacy policies.
- Optimize SEO and content strategy to improve organic traffic and thought leadership in consumer finance.
- Leverage analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.) to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and funnel optimization and link to the business objectives (KPIs: Conversion, LTV) to measuare and optimize digital contribution to the business.
- Leverage martech platforms (CRM) to drive personalized marketing and customer journey automation.
- Manage digital agency partners and media vendors, ensuring high standards and ROI accountability.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging tailored to each platform and audience segment.
- Deliver clear, insightful, and actionable performance reports to senior leadership, including recommendations for growth and scalability.
