- Develop comprehensive test plans, including test scenarios and test cases, based on business requirements, specifications, and testing strategies.
- Design, build, and execute automation test scripts aligned with business processes and use cases.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate application functionality, usability, and compliance with business needs.
- Utilize version control systems to manage, track, and test automation code scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking and ticketing tools, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Perform performance and load testing on applications to evaluate system stability and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Apply software engineering and testing best practices to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure test solutions adhere to established design systems and maintain a strong sense of UI/UX accuracy.
Compensation is determined based on role level and years of relevant experience. The salary ranges below reflect our standard structure:
- UAT Tester Junior (minimum 1 year of experience): Rp 6,000,000 Rp 7,500,000
- UAT Tester Midle (minimum 3 years of experience): Rp 8,000,000 Rp 9.000,000
- UAT Tester Senior (minimum 5 years of experience): Rp 10,000,000 Rp 14,500,000
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in UAT Tester, UAT Automation, Software Quality Assurance or related field

- Experienced implementation of automation testing processes.
