Job Description

Develop comprehensive test plans, including test scenarios and test cases, based on business requirements, specifications, and testing strategies.
Design, build, and execute automation test scripts aligned with business processes and use cases.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate application functionality, usability, and compliance with business needs.
Utilize version control systems to manage, track, and test automation code scripts.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking and ticketing tools, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Perform performance and load testing on applications to evaluate system stability and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Apply software engineering and testing best practices to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
Ensure test solutions adhere to established design systems and maintain a strong sense of UI/UX accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Have at least 3 years of experience in UAT Tester, UAT Automation, Software Quality Assurance or related field
Experienced implementation of automation testing processes.
Write test plans from requirements and specifications to testing strategies.
Experienced in using versioning systems to test code scripts.
Experienced in compiling automation test scripts in accordance with business cases or required processes.
Able to use bug tracking databases to report bugs.
Able to analyze test results.
Able to implement performance testing on applications
Understand the concept of software engineering.
Understand the processes of bug tracking, ticketing, and testing.
Possess a good sense of design and understand design systems.
Knowledge of general banking flows
Willing to work onsite at Central Jakarta
