Training Specialist

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Management, Communications, or related field

Strong communications skills (both written and verbal) and thus able to build rapport with a wide array of audiences, from junior employees, Directors, training vendors and business partners

Demonstrated skill in public speaking

Able to work independently and proactively, while also being an excellent team player when necessary

Socially agile and organized

Knowledge in building a visually effective presentation deck for training materials

Good command of English is a plus
