We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Communication Specialist to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent and transparent messaging across the company
- Manage and create engaging content for internal campaign, e-newsletters/e-bulletin, memos, and announcements
- Plan, organize, manage and execute corporate events, including all-hands meetings/town halls, delivery/launch of new vessels, internal conferences & knowledge sharing, and management meetings
- Develop digital communication strategies and manage the companys social media platforms to enhance online presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Write and edit high-quality content for various communication channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and other communication materials
- Manage the companys PR efforts, including drafting press releases, media kits, standby statements, press conference, media gathering and media monitoring
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Media & Communication Management, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communication, external communication or a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing social media platforms & digital communication, brand management, PR and media relations, and corporate events.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- Team player with the ability to work independently
