Identifying training needs through various methods like surveys, performance evaluations, and direct observation
Designing and developing training programs, including curriculum, materials, and delivery methods (e.g., classroom training, online courses, on-the-job training).
Conducting training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate employees on various aspects of their roles and responsibilities.
Managing training budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, and tracking expenses.
Collaborating with training vendors to source materials and deliver specialized training
Ensuring that training programs comply with relevant regulations and safety standards
Providing guidance and support to employees and instructors on training methodologies and skills.
Keeping abreast of the latest training methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
A bachelor&aposs degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or Industrial Psychology
At Least 8 years of experience in a training or development role, with a proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
