We&aposre Hiring: Trading Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of commodity export transactions in line with contract terms
- Monitor trade flows, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with legal and commercial agreements
- Manage logistics arrangements based on contract Incoterms (EXW to CIF)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, inspectors, brokers, and ground staff for smooth cargo execution
- Arrange shipment schedules and handle all export documentation (PEB, COO, COA, CI, PL, BL, etc.)
- Manage finance-related documents and liaise with banks/financiers for LC, DP, or CAD trades
- Support and guide junior operations staff
- Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in trade operations, commodity trading, or supply chain management
- Strong background in logistics coordination, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in trade execution, contract management, and export documentation
