Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established and highly respected FMCG player in Indonesia, known for its strong market presence and extensive distribution network across multiple channels. With ambitious growth plans and a continued focus on commercial excellence, they are seeking a seasoned Trade Marketing Manager to drive impactful in-market strategies and accelerate sales performance across key channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales, including identifying growth opportunities through sales and market analysis
- Drive Modern Trade initiatives to ensure maximum visibility, availability, and strong in-store execution across key retail outlets
- Manage and execute promotions and trade marketing activities, including trade shows, in-store displays, and product launches
- Monitor and manage A&P budget to ensure cost-effective and high-impact marketing strategies
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and principals to develop and implement effective trade marketing plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 12 years of Trade Marketing experience within FMCG companies (mandatory), with a proven track record in developing and executing high-impact strategies
- Mandatory hands-on Modern Trade (MT) experience, including strong exposure to key accounts
- Solid background in Sales & Distribution, with a deep understanding of channel dynamics.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and team leadership experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Willing to work on-site in Cibitung
