Who is the Koltiva Total Rewards Officer

Total Rewards Officer will be responsible to prepare salary and incentive data for employees by collecting all the administrative data in a high quality of accuracy

What are the key responsibilities of the Total Rewards Officer

  • Prepare all supported data for employee salary
  • Prepare data and administration for social insurance and Insurance
  • Create payslip and make sure all employees receive payslip in the payment date
  • Assist in PPh 21 calculation
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports

What are the requirement of the Position

  • Bachelors degree in HR Management or Psychology
  • Min 2-3 years of working experience in related position
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
