Brief Summary
PT Berhasil Tumbuh Bersama is an e-commerce enabler helping brands grow across multiple platforms. We are looking for a TikTok & Shopee Affiliate Specialist to manage and grow affiliate programs, driving awareness and sales through creator and affiliate partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, activate, and manage TikTok & Shopee affiliates/creators.
- Take initiative in creating plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Develop affiliate campaigns, incentives, and voucher strategies.
- Monitor performance (GMV, CTR, ROI) and optimize results.
- Build strong relationships with affiliates and ensure effective collaboration.
- Provide regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, especially TikTok Shop & Shopee Affiliate.
- Strong network with creators and affiliates across both platforms.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and social commerce strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data & visual report processing tools (such as: Ms. Excel & Ms. Power Point), and analytics tools to assess campaign performance.
