Responsibilities About the team The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it&aposs launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team&aposs contributions are essential to TikTokShop&aposs success in SEA.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute (including some content production if needed) social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube) in line with Tokopedias brand and business goals. - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content, engagement, and campaign effectiveness through regular reporting and actionable insights. - Conduct ongoing social listening to identify emerging trends, consumer sentiments, campaign related and potential issues or opportunities relevant to the brand. - Stay up-to-date with platform updates, digital behavior, and cultural trends to ensure TikTok Shop stays relevant and ahead of the curve. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (creative, creators, online marketing and brand teams) and external agencies to plan and execute high-impact campaigns and real-time content activations. - Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and community engagement across all social touchpoints. - Support campaign retrospectives and competitive benchmarking to refine social strategies over time.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications: - Minimum 23 years of experience in managing brand presence on major social media platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. - Experience working with creative/media agencies, internal and external stakeholders from diverse functions. - Strong understanding of content, formats, and platform-specific best practices. - Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. - A collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and keen attention to detail are a must.
