The Role:

We&aposre seeking a Social Media Management Specialist to lead our digital storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and X. You&aposll create compelling content that bridges Indonesian heritage with contemporary expression, building engaged communities who are proud to represent their identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Content Planning: Develop content calendars aligned with events, product launches, and brand campaigns
  • Content Management: Oversee content creation process, coordinate with designers and creators to ensure brand consistency
  • Community Management: Respond to comments and messages, build relationships with followers and fragrance enthusiasts
  • Campaign Support: Coordinate social media campaigns for integrated marketing initiatives and new product launches
  • Performance Analysis: Track engagement metrics, analyze performance data, and create reports
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze their strategies, and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Trend Monitoring:Stay current with social media trends and identify opportunities to adapt them for brand storytelling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree (any major)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts
  • Proficiency in content performance analysis, copywriting, and posting on Instagram & TikTok
  • Basic knowledge of short-form video content creation
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Creative mindset with ability to blend traditional elements with modern trends
  • Strong communication skills
