What The Role Entails

Are you ready to take on the challenge of driving Tencent Cloud&aposs growth in Indonesia We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Senior Channel/Strategic Sales Executive to lead our expansion efforts, connecting businesses with cutting-edge cloud solutions. In this exciting role, you will tap into your expert networking skills, build relationships with high-level executives, and strategically position Tencent Clouds services to meet the evolving needs of enterprises across various industries. Youll be at the forefront of cloud innovation, collaborating with talented teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive value for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Leverage networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic sales opportunities within the Indonesian market.
  • Build and nurture high-value relationships with key stakeholders, driving enterprise-level sales.
  • Partner with the Business Contracts Manager to lead contract negotiations with customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, sustain revenue growth, and develop recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential.
  • Prepare and execute strategic account plans, sales forecasts, status reports, and quota attainment.
  • Gain deep proficiency in Tencent Clouds offerings and provide tailored service solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Develop strategic plans for key industries based on market trends and customer analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Architecture team to ensure customers receive maximum value from their investments.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals, across all accounts.

Who We Look For

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or its equivalents
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling cloud services, managing large high-profile accounts (This is essential). Knowledge of cloud services, CDN, SaaS, and the broader internet space.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required; Mandarin language skill is a plus.
  • Proven hunter mentality with exceptional ability to close sales and generate leads.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives with a strong record of closing high-value deals.
  • Strong technical sensibility, with the ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into customer benefits.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue, manage enterprise accounts, and articulate complex cloud and SaaS solutions to decision-makers.
  • Experience analyzing data, trends, and market conditions to develop key selling points and strategies.
