Telesales (Vietnamese Speaking, Yogyakarta Based)

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls, including cold calls, to prospective clients or contact existing customers to promote products and services.
• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in products or services.
• Present and explain product or service features and benefits effectively to prospects.
• Close sales deals over the phone to meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Thai language.
• Strong English proficiency (minimum B1/B2 level).
• Proven experience as a Telesales or in a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
• Awareness of current affairs in relevant markets and countries.
• Team player with strong engagement, maturity, and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
