Job Description

Telesales Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the telesales team to achieve sales targets by promoting company products, promotions, and vouchers through outbound calls. This role also ensures the team delivers excellent customer engagement and supports customers through their first transactions.

What You Will Do

1.Lead, supervise, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

2.Monitor team performance including call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

3.Provide coaching and guidance to telesales agents to improve sales skills, communication, and productivity.

4.Ensure team members effectively communicate product features, promotions, and benefits to potential customers.

5.Support the team in handling customer objections and providing appropriate solutions.

6.Ensure customers are guided through their first transaction smoothly and have a positive experience.

7.Maintain accurate reporting and ensure proper use of the CRM system for tracking customer interactions.

8.Prepare performance reports and provide insights to improve telesales strategies.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree in any major.

2.Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader or similar supervisory role.

3.Strong leadership and people management skills.

4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5.Experience using CRM tools and understanding of effective telesales and cold calling strategies.

6.Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7.Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

8.Willing to be based in Yogyakarta office.
