The Telesales will be primarily responsible for representing Docquity pharma clients,
promoting their nominated brands to doctors via remote detailing (Web meetings, etc.) Their goal is to
improve the doctors awareness and prescribing of their brands.
Responsibilities
Contact and manage a calendar of contacts for web calls
Discuss with the doctor brand materials and prescribing information
Improve the doctors knowledge until the point of prescribing
Achieve call targets and sales targets
Develop ongoing relationships with doctors
Develop acceptable standards of product knowledge and TA knowledge
Follow-up calls and scheduling of appointments
Update the CRM for accurate record-keeping
Attend client training sessions for Product and Drug Safety training
Achieve KPIs agreed with the Pharmaceutical Client
Qualifications
Any university degree, completed (preferably in the medical field e.g. pharmacy, nursing, etc.)
2-3 years
Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Tools
Detailing experience
Deep understanding of industry regulations and the ability to promote products ethically
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
Open also for candidates with background in Online Sales Specialist, Midwife, or Nurse
