Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform routing financial operations throughout Technology unit ( including accrual, GL booking, etc)
  • Develop and implement financial planning strategies (budget) to support the organization's objectives
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to optimize workforce productivity and financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between talent management and business goals
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance management, financial planning, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
