Corporate Strategy Specialist (CEO-Office)

We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Specialist, this role will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting high-impact business decisions across Flip Group.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape long-term business direction, evaluate new growth opportunities, and strengthen strategic partnerships — particularly for Flip Kasir and group-level initiatives. You will be responsible for developing robust financial models, building data-driven business cases, and delivering actionable insights that support investment decisions, expansion plans, and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

• Drive strategic planning initiatives across Flip Group, including business model evaluation, long-term roadmap development, and executive-level performance tracking (OKRs & quarterly reviews).
• Manage and scale strategic partnerships for Flip Kasir, particularly the Rajawali partnership — covering commercial structuring, performance governance, and cross-functional alignment across operations, logistics, and sales.
• Build business cases and strategic recommendations to support investment, expansion, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive commercial and financial analyses to identify performance gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities across partnerships and group-level initiatives.
• Support negotiations and strategic discussions through data-driven insights, ROI frameworks, and scenario modeling.

What you'll need:

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, or other analytical roles with strong business exposure.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience in building business cases and performing commercial or financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, especially in handling structured data and financial models.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with OKRs, performance tracking, or strategic planning processes is a plus.
• Preferably have experience in fintech, technology, consulting, or startup environments.
