About the role
PT Mitra Solusi Telematika is seeking an experienced Organization Development Specialist to cover a 6‑month maternity leave replacement. This role will play a key part in managing talent management, performance management, organizational structure updates, employee onboarding, and training and development initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Update organizational structures, roles, and processes to align with business objectives.
- Administer and maintain job descriptions and technical competencies.
- Conduct talent mapping, including the use of the 9‑Box framework to identify employee potential and performance.
- Perform training needs analysis, implement programs, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Carry out regular evaluations of employee development programs based on competency reviews.
- Link competency gaps with employee development initiatives to ensure targeted growth.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development, HR, or learning & development, with proven exposure to talent management and performance management processes.
- Hands-on experience in talent mapping, including the use of the 9‑Box framework to assess employee potential and performance.
- Strong ability to connect competency gap analysis with employee development initiatives.
- Excellent administrative skills, highly detail‑oriented, and organized in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
- Experience managing projects or programs related to talent management, performance improvement.
- Certifications in Organizational Development, Change Management, or Learning & Development are an advantage.
